Dark circles or a deep tear groove below the so-called lacrimal sacs in the lower eyelids usually cause a tired and exhausted facial expression. Individual assessment of each patient should be made by the physician in order to indicate the most appropriate treatment. However, it is very difficult to eliminate the dark circles definitively due to the tendency of each person and due to the fragility of the skin in this area.
Low density hyaluronic acid gel is used for the treatment of dark circles. After a detailed assessment of the cause of the dark circles, we at Derma-Atelier decide whether there is an indication for the treatment or not. Dark circles are not all the same, being caused by different causes.
