WHAT IS PROFHILO®?
Profhilo® is a cellular bioremodeler able to restore tissue structure without volumizing the region. Made from Italian technology, it is the product with the highest concentration of pure hyaluronic acid on the market. It is not a dermal filler, nor is it a skin revitalizer. Profhilo® is an injectable and stabilized product based on high concentration of hyaluronic acid, designed to reshape skin tissue in its various layers: epidermis, dermis and subdermis.
It is a non-crosslinking hyaluronic acid, which is what makes the acid volumize the face. Therefore it does not volumize but rather spreads over the applied area. That‘s why it‘s so revolutionary. HOW DOES PROFHILO® WORK ON THE SKIN?
Profhilo® acts globally on the entire structure of the skin. When injected, the high fluidity of the product allows a multilevel bioremodeling, replenishing the architecture of the Extracellular Matrix that provides better tissue structure and skin quality in its three layers.
▪ In the epidermis (superficial layer), Profhilo® acts in the differentiation of keratinocytes (the most numerous cells of the skin), conferring brightness and quality of rejuvenated skin.

▪ In the dermis (2nd layer), the product promotes an increase in the production of collagen fibers types I and II, in addition to elastin, which is essential for the prevention of aging.

ANY SPECIAL CARE IN THE POST-PROCEDURE?
After the application, the patient can return to their daily activities normally. Profhilo® treatment is very easy but there are 3 precautions that I always indicate in the 24 hours following the procedure:
1- First avoid intense physical activities;
2- Secondly avoid sun exposure
3- Finally, it is not advisable to massage the area
